Re-sharing this recipe as I know it’s getting colder outside and also because I have a busy day and didn’t have time to record a new video 😉Fit Vegan Chili (19g of protein per servings)Here is the list of ingredients and it makes 2 servings 🌱2/3 cup Textured Vegetable Protein (crumbs)3 cups Vegetable Broth (divided)1/2 Yellow Onion (medium, chopped)1/2 Yellow Bell Pepper (diced)1 1/2 tsps Taco Seasoning1/2 cup Black Beans (rinsed, drained)1 cup Tomato PuréeSea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)2 tbsps CilantroDirections:1- Place the textured vegetable protein in a bowl. Bring 1/3 of the vegetable broth to boil and pour over the textured vegetable protein. Cover and let it sit for 10 minutes.2- Meanwhile add the onion to a pot with splash of water. Cook and stir over medium heat for about five minutes or until soft.3- Add the rehydrated textured vegetable protein to the pot with bell pepper. Cook and stir occasionally for five minutes. Add the taco seasoning, black beans, tomato purée and the remaining vegetable broth to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.4- Stir and cover the pot with a lid. Let simmer for about 20 minutes. My guilt-free recipe is simple and can be made as sweet as you desire. ✨ Full Recipe below ⬇️1⁄4 cup Almonds, raw1⁄4 cup Hazelnuts, raw1⁄4 cup Coconut flakes, dried1⁄2 cup Extra virgin coconut oil1⁄2 cup Raw cacao powder, sifted1⁄4 cup Maple syrup1 tbsp Almond butterPinch Sea salt1. Preheat oven to 150°C and line baking pan with 2 pieces of baking paper, one going each way.2. Line an oven tray with baking paper roast hazelnuts and almonds separately.3. Place roasted hazelnuts in a clean cotton cloth and rub them well until most of the skins fall off. Then roughly chop hazelnuts and almonds.4. On the oven tray, spread out the coconut flakes and roast for 2 minutes (coconut burns quickly).5. In a medium saucepan, melt the coconut oil over low heat.6. Remove from heat and whisk in cacao powder, maple syrup and almond butter.7. Add sea salt to taste and stir in half the chopped almonds and hazelnuts.8. Using a spatula, spoon the chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out until it is about 1 cm thick.9. Sprinkle on remaining chopped nuts and all the roasted coconut flakes.10. Place into freezer for about 15 minutes, or until frozen.11.     A Delicious Vegan Recipe recipe for #NationalRanchDressingDayIngredients:👉1 1/2 cups raw cashew pieces👉3/4 cup water👉2 tablespoons rice vinegar👉2 tablespoons lemon juice👉1 teaspoon salt👉1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder👉1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder👉1/4 cup fresh dill or parsley OR 2-3 teaspoons dried dill or parsleyProcess: Place the cashew pieces in a heat-proof bowl and pour very hot or boiling water over top. Leave them to soak for a few minutes. Drain the water, then add the soaked cashews to your blender along with the rest of the ingredients (except the dill). Blend until smooth. Add the dill and pulse a few times to just combine. Serve the #vegan #ranchdressing right away or refrigerate it for later.

    Ingredients1 cup Green Beans (stems removed, chopped)Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes (cut in half)1/4 cup Red Onion (sliced)1/4 cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil1/2 Lemon (juiced)2 tbsps Fresh Dill (chopped)1/2 tsp OreganoDirections1. In a large pan, bring one inch of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the beans coverand cook for about three to four minutes or until tender-crisp. Transfer the beans to abowl of iced water for two to three minutes.2. Drain the beans and add them to a large bowl along with the salt, pepper, tomatoes,onion, feta, oil, lemon juice, dill, and oregano. Toss to combine.3.     Get ready to taste the creamiest and most delicious almond cashew milk you’ve ever tried…it’s a game-changer for all your dairy-free recipes. To make this creamy goodness, all you need are the following:1 cup almonds, soaked overnight (1 cup turns into a 1 1/2 cups)1 cup cashews, soaked overnight (cashews makes the milk creamy)1 1/2 quarts water1 teaspoon pure vanilla, optional1 tablespoon sunflower lecithin, optional (keeps your dairy-free milk from separating once in the fridgeBlend all ingredients except sunflower lecithin, if using. Once blended, pour into nut milk bag and squeeze out milk, pulp will remain in the bag. Pour milk back into blender and blend the sunflower lecithin for 1-2 seconds. Can use pulp to make raw cookies, crackers, cake, etc.
